Sports Physical

Sports and physical activity are important parts of a healthy lifestyle. A sports physical, also called a preparticipation physical evaluation, helps identify health concerns that may affect safe participation in sports and other physical activities.

A sports physical generally includes a review of medical and family history and a physical examination, with particular attention to areas relevant to safe athletic participation.
