Sanjeev S. Tendolkar, MD
Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Tendolkar is a board-certified family physician with more than a decade of experience caring for patients and families. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Louisiana State University and earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Tulane University.
Known for his thoughtful and compassionate approach, Dr. Tendolkar believes excellent primary care begins with listening. He focuses on prevention, patient education, and lasting relationships that help patients feel supported through every stage of life.
Outside the office, Dr. Tendolkar enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and daughter. His interests also include photography, cricket, tennis, and pickleball. Dr. Tendolkar speaks English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Min Gi Cho, FNP-C
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Min Gi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with seven years of nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practice from Georgia State University and brings a strong clinical background and genuine dedication to helping others.
Min Gi is passionate about primary care, preventive health, and patient education. She takes time to get to know her patients, listen to their concerns, and build trusting relationships. Her goal is to help every patient feel heard, supported, and confident in managing their health.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, hiking, spending time in nature, traveling with her husband, and spending quality time with family. Min Gi speaks English and Korean.
Sarah Gay, FNP-C
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Originally from Virginia, Sarah moved to Georgia after working as a travel nurse. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Radford University in Virginia.
Sarah believes in providing holistic, evidence-based care and values building trusted relationships with her patients and their families. She is passionate about preventive medicine and helping patients make informed choices that support their long-term health.
Outside the clinic, Sarah is rarely without a good book and a cup of coffee. She also enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her partner and their four animals.
Lovejot Kaur, FNP-C
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Lovejot is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in acute care, oncology, medical-surgical care, and the cardiac intensive care unit. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Lovejot provides compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include preventive care, health education, chronic disease management, wellness examinations, and minor office procedures. She values listening carefully and helping patients make informed decisions about their health.
Lovejot speaks English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Aakshi Patel, FNP-C
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Aakshi grew up in North Carolina and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Aakshi is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and empowering them to take an active role in their health and wellness.
Outside the clinic, Aakshi enjoys visiting local farmers markets, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her golden retriever.
